Educational-Psychological Assessments

Educational-Psychological Assessments are comprehensive, standardized assessments that examine the mental processes that govern academic, social and personal achievement. The assessment looks at an individual’s intellectual and academic abilities to determine areas of strength and growth.

An educational-psychological assessment is an intensive process whereby a psychologist or a psychometrist uses clinical interviews, observations, and historical information in a one-on-one testing situation to identify how individuals learn best.

Educational-Psychological Assessments can help you:

• Understand your strengths and areas of growth
• Discover how you learn best
• Provide diagnosis of a Learning Disability, ADHD, mood disorders, etc
• Determine appropriate accommodations or supports
• Access disability grant funding

We offer timely educational-psychological assessments for students entering or currently in post-secondary programs who require a completed assessment as a point of access for support and services. Assessments are completed virtually, or in person.
