Victoria

Victoria (she/her) is passionate about helping students build confidence in STEM and discover that they are capable of succeeding in even the most challenging subjects. She believes every student can learn with the right support and enjoys creating a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, building their understanding, and developing confidence in their abilities.

With a PhD in Engineering Education from the University of Toronto, a Master of Applied Science (MASc) in Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Engineering Science (BESc) in Mechanical Engineering from Western University, Victoria combines deep technical knowledge with expertise in how students learn. Her teaching experience in the Faculties of Engineering at both the University of Toronto and the University of Waterloo has given her firsthand insight into the expectations of university-level STEM programs and how to help students succeed.

Whether supporting students in mathematics, physics, engineering, or other STEM subjects, Victoria’s goal is to make learning engaging, approachable, and empowering. She is committed to helping students not only improve their grades, but also develop the curiosity, resilience, and independent learning skills that will serve them throughout their academic journeys.
