In this role, she oversaw mental health and accessibility services, testing services, risk and threat assessments, and critical incident response. All experiences that gave her an even deeper understanding of the pressures and challenges students face.
Beyond her career, Tanya is a proud mom of three neurodivergent and twice-exceptional boys who inspire her passion and advocacy for inclusive education. Tanya is adventurous and fun-loving, having lived in Australia and travelling widely, including African safaris! She finds joy in nature, movement, and having fun with loved ones.
