LEARNING COACH

Rebecca (she/her) holds a Bachelors in Communication, a Master of Education in Adult Learning and is currently completing her PhD in Higher Education. Her research focuses on the landscape of autistic research and students’ experiences training to be researchers. Her academic and professional background spans more than a decade in postsecondary education, integrating applied coaching practice, adult learning theory, and disability-affirming frameworks.

Rebecca brings extensive experience supporting postsecondary students with academic transitions, academic writing, and study strategies. She has worked across several universities in coaching, post-secondary transition, and academic success program development roles. Alongside this professional work, she is active in community advocacy for the autistic community.

With both professional expertise and lived experience, Rebecca has a deep personal understanding of the challenges students with disabilities face navigating postsecondary education. She is passionate about providing meaningful, individualized support and looks forward to building connections and helping students meet their academic and personal goals.
