Raksha

Raksha has a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Lethbridge, and a Master of Science in Psychology at the University of Calgary with a focus on behavioural neuroscience.

Raksha has teaching experience in undergraduate psychology and neuroscience courses. She also volunteered in the Graduate Pan-Psychology Partnership (GPPP) program at the University of Calgary in which she mentored students keen on pursuing research-based graduate school, including networking strategies with prospective supervisors, preparing graduate school applications and CVs, working on communication styles in emails and verbal conversations, etc. Along with this work, Raksha has provided English language tutoring in reading and academic writing. She has worked with a variety of ages and populations through the years, and loves to get to know people and make sure they feel heard.

Raksha combines her passion for learning and science together to serve as a positive influence and support for the students she works with.
