Missy has taught in inclusive classrooms in Alberta and Nova Scotia and currently teaches Inclusion at the post-secondary level. She has completed secondments with Alberta Education and the Alberta Assessment Consortium and has worked as an Association Instructor with the Alberta Teachers’ Association, delivering professional development focused on assessment, mental health, and trauma-informed practice. Her classroom experiences continue to shape her passion for learning and assessment through a trauma-informed lens.
