Lindy holds a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a Certified Canadian Counsellor. She also completed a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Calgary, as well as a Bachelor of Education in Secondary English and Humanities at Simon Fraser University. Her experience includes supporting ESL learners, adult upgrading students, and neurodivergent learners, including those with ADHD and Autism.
Lindy works with students to strengthen executive functioning, study skills, and academic confidence. She focuses on practical strategies for research, organization, time management, and motivation, helping students move beyond survival mode toward true mastery in their studies. Lindy has over two decades of experience working with Indigenous students both on and off reserve in B.C. and Alberta, most recently as an Inclusive Education Manager for a First Nation School Authority. She enjoys playing guitar and spending time in nature in her spare time.
