Kevin Reinhardt

Registered Psychologist

Kevin has worked in disability and education since 1974, specializing in assessment, teaching, and counselling for individuals experiencing ASD, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and related psycho-social challenges. His extensive experience includes roles at Metro Toronto Community Living, Kinark Child and Family Services, Seneca College, and private practice as a Psychologist. Over his 27 years in post-secondary education, he has taught, counselled, and conducted research, presenting nationally and internationally on education and disability.

Currently, Kevin provides psychological, psycho-educational, and psycho-vocational assessments and diagnoses for older teens, young adults, and older adults. His assessments are comprehensive and can focus on specific concerns, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Executive Function/ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Vocational, and Psycho-social issues. He is trained in autism assessment tools such as ADOS, ADOS-2, and BOSA and is a certified PEERS facilitator, offering social skills training for individuals across different age groups.

As the Director of Clinical Services at PsychologyService.ca in Newmarket, Ontario, Kevin offers in-person and virtual assessments, maintaining accessibility for clients throughout Ontario and beyond. He has consulted on ASD programs for Kerry’s Place and York University and remains dedicated to supporting individuals navigating educational, occupational, and personal challenges. His contributions to the field have been recognized with the Ontario Colleges CCDI Award for exemplary work in disability services in 2014.
