With nearly 22 years of experience in education, Julieann has supported students with diverse needs across elementary, secondary, and post-secondary settings. In her current role as an accessibility advisor at a post-secondary institution, she is deeply committed to providing holistic support so students can thrive in their academic journey.

Julieann holds a Diploma in Educational Assistant – Special Needs Support, an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Disability Studies, and a Master of Education in Critical Studies. She has also pursued additional training in accessibility, social communication, and conflict resolution.

Her approach is strengths-based: she helps students recognize their abilities, meet their individual learning needs, and build effective academic strategies so they can reach their full potential. Outside of work, Julieann loves being in nature with her family and their therapy dog, Penny.
