LEARNING COACH
Hannah (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Education and has spent her career focused on fostering inclusive, accessible, and student-centered environments. She has a diverse background in education, having worked in the K-12 system, including specialized support for children with complex needs. Transitioning into post-secondary education, she worked at SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) as a Learning Strategist and Adaptive Technologist. These experiences have strengthened her firm belief that one size does not fit all when it comes to learning.
As a neurodivergent professional, Hannah brings lived experience and a deeply empathetic perspective to her coaching. She is highly proficient in educational technology and is constantly seeking the latest assistive software to help reduce barriers for students. She focuses on working with students to help them discover their unique strengths, develop self-advocacy skills, and utilize personalized technology to build independence and confidence.
Outside of her professional work, Hannah is a competitive curler and understands the challenges of balancing life commitments and post-secondary education. She also loves spending quality time exploring nature with her dog and family.
