Esther

Esther (she/her) is a literacy specialist and learning coach dedicated to helping students unlock their academic potential. With over a decade of diverse experience spanning school leadership and instructional coaching, she specializes in designing personalized learning solutions that support students’ academic progression. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Valley View University, Ghana, and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, with a focus on interdisciplinary studies in literacy and reading education from The George Washington University, Washington D.C.

As a coach, Esther focuses on equipping learners with metacognitive strategies, advanced reading comprehension, and structured academic writing skills. She takes a collaborative, data-driven approach to understand each student’s unique profile, ensuring every student receives the targeted support they need to build confidence and achieve long-term success.

Whether partnering with students to remove learning barriers or collaborating with educators to enhance instructional strategies, Esther is passionate about cultivating a culture of growth, inquiry, and lifelong learning.
