Bernadette

Bernadette holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta, a Bachelor of Education from Concordia University of Edmonton, and a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University. She has taught both in Edmonton and overseas and has worked as a lawyer for one of Canada’s largest national firms. Additionally, she is a certified coach from Royal Roads University and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.  

As a coach and learning partner, Bernadette cares deeply about creating meaningful relationships and building on strengths to help students thrive. She has first-hand experience with stress-related health challenges and values a whole-person approach to learning. Her coaching style is kind, calm and creative. She helps make the complex clear and supports students in building confidence, finding their voice and experiencing academic and personal success.  

Bernadette is an adventurer at heart who loves being physically active. She enjoys travel, sports and language learning and is currently bumbling her way through learning Korean!
