Amber

Amber is an experienced educator and scholar with over 20 years in K-12 and higher education. Amber holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in the learning sciences and a Master of Education in educational technology from the University of Calgary. She completed her teaching certificate at the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Okanagan University College. Amber has also completed certification in English Language Learning.

Amber brings expertise in academic writing, study skills, research methods, history, English, STEM, and assistive technologies. She is able to break down complex concepts into accessible strategies, and is strong advocate for individualized learning. Amber also has substantial expertise in curriculum development, and is well-versed in online learning.

With experience in academic advising, coaching, and innovative program development, Amber is dedicated to helping learners build confidence, develop effective strategies, and access the tools they need to thrive.
