LEARNING COACH
Alicia (she/her) has over 30 years of experience at the post-secondary level, teaching and developing courses at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Carnegie Mellon University, and Royal Roads University. In addition, she has tutored in the Writing and English Help Centres at Camosun College. As a coach, Alicia focuses on helping her clients to find their voice and power in the writing process. She is passionate about helping her clients find strength and confidence through challenges, offering strategies based on lived experience.
Alicia (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Arts in French with a minor in Psychology from Oberlin College and a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Alicia has also completed doctoral work in Rhetoric at Carnegie Mellon University.
Based in Victoria, BC, Alicia loves spending time with her husband, son, and dog. She loves practicing yoga and spending time on the local trails.
