Social and Behavioural Coaching is designed for post-secondary students who experience barriers related to social interaction, communication, or behaviour in academic settings. This service is especially valuable for students who are neurodivergent, including those on the Autism Spectrum.
Our Learning Coaches work collaboratively with students to build interpersonal skills, strategies for navigating social situations, and confidence in both academic and campus life. We help students feel more connected, supported, and empowered throughout their studies.
Social and Behavioural Coaching is often covered by the Canada Student Grant for Services and Equipment for Students with Disabilities (CSG-DSE). We collaborate with post-secondary accessibility offices to guide students through the funding process and ensure timely access to the supports they need.
Social and Behavioural Coaching is also referred to as Educational or Behavioural Interventionist support.
