Frequently Asked Questions

Maintaining good mental health is essential for post-secondary students, as it directly impacts their academic success and overall well-being. Regular mental health check-ins can help students stay attuned to their needs and identify when they may need extra support. Here are a few questions to guide a mental health check:

  1. Am I eating regularly?
  2. Am I getting enough sleep?
  3. Am I feeling okay?
  4. What emotions am I experiencing?
  5. Am I treating myself and others with kindness?
  6. Who can I talk to for support?

If students find they’re struggling with any of these areas, it’s important to seek support. MyLearningCoach encourages students to reach out, reminding them that they’re not alone and that help is available when needed.
